We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in our call center. No selling is required.You will be responsible for assisting and answering customer inquiries by phone and through our online services.We are looking for individuals who are up to the challenge of assisting customers. Fast workers who can respect deadlines and are willing to learn new tasks.

We are currently looking for candidates that speak the following languages: French, English, Cantonese, Mandarin.

We are currently filling the following shifts; however, hours are flexible: 8 am – 4 pm; 10 am – 6 pm; 1 pm – 9 pm; and weekends on a rotational basis.

Skills Required

  • Provide assistance and problem resolution to clients in areas of order status and product availability•
  • Good telephone and conversation skills – Must have a friendly disposition, polite, and patient on the phone.
  • Computer knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitasking
  • Good computer knowledge of Excel and Word
